• • • Programs prioritized: In FY26, more than 80% of organizational expenses supported direct programs, students, youth leaders, and hands-on learning experiences.
    • Paid youth leadership: Over $5,700 in stipends supported approximately 380 paid hours of student leadership, facilitation, and program support, reflecting YDM’s commitment to meaningful, paid youth opportunities.
    • Revenue growth and leverage: Through a combination of cash contributions, in-kind support, and a realized 50% match, YDM has surpassed $25,000 in total FY26 revenue, strengthening financial sustainability and program capacity.
    • Expanded programs: Inventing Units and Discover STEM Together delivered hands-on, community-based learning across Houston, while Familias y Finanzas completed its planning phase and is prepared to launch in Spring 2026.
    • Discover STEM Together (DST) impact: Co-led with Houston’s Young Monarchs, DST engaged 43 adults and 63 children from 23 ZIP codes across Greater Houston and the Gulf Coast through free, family-centered STEM experiences powered by youth leadership.
    • Youth-led, partner-powered: DST featured 24 partner tables, including 11 student-led activity booths, with youth serving as facilitators and event leaders alongside local and regional partners.
    • Growing partnerships and reach: Expanded collaborations with schools, universities, and community organizations increased YDM’s capacity to serve more students and families, with another DST event scheduled, alongside HYM, for April 11 in Southwest Houston.
    • Leveraged community investment: Beyond booked revenue, YDM benefits from an estimated $54,000–$67,000 in in-kind and extended capacity support, allowing the organization to remain lean while prioritizing direct student and family impact.
